The Turbo has Arrived

We are finally getting parts in for the BMW e28 turbo project.

Unfortunately due to the vintage of this 5-series parts have been slow coming.  Air-to-water intercooler, manifold and other hardware should be in later this week.  Pistons are still out for several more weeks.  We will try and be patient.  It’s tough to  see the car torn apart without all of the pieces to make it whole.  Stay tuned, this thing is going to scream.

In the meantime we will continue to focus on our non-project BMW repairs in the shop.
