I usually do not write these letters. But I feel it is time. Alex Auto-haus has done great work with my 2007 S-Line A4. They have installed many aftermarket parts and re-flashed my ECU using APR programming. They have helped me with any question I may have had, and are in the business to make money not take money.They are honest folks and straight forward to even the least savvy customer. If something is wrong they will tell you it’s wrong. If something is not wrong they will tell you it’s not wrong. They set their standards above a lot of other shops and dealers. They are an honest and caring group of people and do a beautiful job in modifications and repairs! No one can beat them in job quality and customer service!

| I visited Alex’s Autohaus. I had a dealer quote for cam adjuster seals, timing belt, catalytic converter, and cam position sensor totaling several thousand dollars. Alex checked my 2003 Audi and found the cam position sensor to be the dominant code. Changing the sensor cleared every fault code and the total price was under two hundred dollars. At Alex’s you are always treated as if you are the most important person that ever walked through their door. | ||

We had one of the best automotive service experiences ever when bringing our Audi to Alex’s. Our concerns were addressed and the service department went above and beyond what was expected. The prices were lower than we were quoted at other places, and the service was great. We will definately be back for future service and enhancements to our vehicle!
