Very thorough and professional. For an older high mileage vehicle,the detailed printed explanation of suggested maintenance and work performed is a valuable aid in maintaining service records.

We had one of the best automotive service experiences ever when bringing our Audi to Alex’s. Our concerns were addressed and the service department went above and beyond what was expected. The prices were lower than we were quoted at other places, and the service was great. We will definately be back for future service and enhancements to our vehicle!
